End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs the installation and use of CF Guard Desk, including the free trial, subscription licensing, and the local-first desktop runtime.
1. Scope
CF Guard Desk is desktop software for Cloudflare security posture audits, findings review, drift tracking, and audit report exports.
This agreement applies to the desktop software, related license verification behavior, and the public website where downloads, pricing, and product documentation are published.
2. Free trial
Every installer starts with 7 days of full Pro access.
The trial begins after installation and first-launch acceptance of this agreement. No payment is required to start the trial.
3. Subscription licensing
After the trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription purchased through Lemon Squeezy.
Current plan structure is:
- Indie Monthly
- Indie Yearly
- Pro Monthly
- Pro Yearly
- Consultant Yearly
After the 7-day trial ends, a valid paid license is required to create new workspaces, save new connections, run new scans, generate exports, and change audit annotations.
Plan limits and feature gates are enforced locally in the desktop runtime.
4. License verification and offline use
The app verifies license state locally and may cache normalized plan status on the machine.
CF Guard Desk includes a 7-day offline grace window. After grace expires, the app may enter restricted mode while preserving access to local data needed for review.
5. Permitted use
You may use the product only for lawful security, audit, or operational review of Cloudflare environments you are authorized to inspect.
You may not use the product to:
- access Cloudflare resources without authorization
- interfere with services unlawfully
- misrepresent scan coverage or findings to third parties
- bypass or tamper with licensing controls except where applicable law permits it
6. Operator responsibility
You are responsible for:
- protecting your device and local vault passphrase
- supplying lawful Cloudflare credentials
- reviewing findings in light of known capability gaps
- redacting secrets before sharing support evidence or exports externally
7. Updates and availability
The public website, pricing, and download endpoints may change as the product evolves.
That does not create a guarantee of perpetual availability for any specific plan, endpoint, or integration.
8. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the software and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, greeff.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, website, or related licensing interactions.
